Airport transfer service
How it actually works
You book ahead and give us your flight number. We track your flight automatically. If you land early, our driver is there. If you're delayed by 2 hours, the driver adjusts — no extra charge.
For arrivals
The driver is in the arrivals hall before you clear customs, holding a name board with your name. (Prefer a discreet pickup? Tell us when you book.)
- Domestic flights: Driver arrives 15 min after scheduled landing.
- International flights: Driver arrives 30 min after scheduled landing.
You meet the driver, they take your bags, walk you to the car, confirm your destination, and you leave.
For departures
We collect you with enough time for Riyadh traffic:
- International flights: 3 hours before departure
- Domestic flights: 90 minutes before departure

Vehicle decoration: Simple flower arrangements or ribbon — no charge. Elaborate full-floral covering requires a specialist; we don't do that.

Full day and half day chauffeur service
You book a car and driver for a set number of hours. The driver is yours for that time. Multiple stops, route changes, waiting time — all included. You pay for time, not per trip.

4 hours. Clock starts at pickup, ends at final drop-off.
Full day
8 hours. Driver waits at each location — that's what full-day service is for.

- Driver holds a printed name board (your name or company)
- Confirms identity, takes luggage
- Leads you to the car (2–3 min walk to premium parking)
If you can't find the driver
- Driver's number is in your booking confirmation
- Usually they spot you first
- In 18 months: only 2 brief mix-ups — both resolved in 5 minutes

No-show at airport
If we arrive and you're not on the flight, we check the airport roster. If you were held up (customs, lost luggage), the driver waits up to 90 minutes free. Beyond that, waiting time is SAR 50 per 30 minutes.

Monthly corporate accounts
Single invoice at month end. Bank transfer. 14-day payment terms.
All prices include VAT. Receipts sent automatically by email after every trip.

Airport exception: If your flight is cancelled or you miss it through no fault of your own — 2+ hours notice = no charge, less than 2 hours = SAR 100 admin fee, rebooking for next flight = free.
Changes to existing bookings
- Time change (same day): Free if 2+ hours notice, SAR 50 if less.
- Vehicle change: Free upgrade. Downgrade refunds the difference (request 4+ hrs before).
- Destination change: Recalculated before the trip; mid-trip changes confirmed by driver.

Operating hours
24/7, every day — including Saudi holidays, weekends, and Ramadan. Late night (after 2 am) carries SAR 100 surcharge.

Questions people ask about our service
How do I know the car will show up?
We confirm the booking, send a reference number, and the driver calls you 30 minutes before pickup. If something goes catastrophically wrong (driver sick, car breaks down), we call immediately and send another car. Happened twice — replacement arrived within 15 minutes both times.
Can I request a specific driver?
If you've used us before, tell us when booking. We'll try — can't always guarantee it (they may be booked) but we prioritise the request.
What if the driver doesn't speak good English?
All drivers speak functional English for navigation and basic conversation. Need fluent English for complex business discussions? Tell us when booking and we'll assign accordingly.
Do you provide receipts for company expense reports?
Yes — automatic email receipt after every trip with date, time, route, vehicle, driver name, total cost broken down, VAT included. Custom formatting available on request.
Can I have alcohol in the car?
No. Alcohol is illegal in Saudi Arabia. We don't transport it, allow consumption, or make exceptions.
What if I need a stop the driver thinks is unsafe?
The driver has the right to refuse if they genuinely believe a location is unsafe or illegal. Hasn't happened with our service, but the policy exists. Disagreements are mediated by us.
Do you do airport transfers to other airports besides King Khalid?
Yes — all Saudi airports. King Khalid (Riyadh): standard pricing. King Abdulaziz (Jeddah) and King Fahd (Dammam): quoted individually.
Can I book for someone else (boss, parents, colleague)?
Yes. Tell us their name, phone, and flight or pickup details. We handle the rest. You can pay on their behalf.
What's the largest vehicle you have?
Chevrolet Suburban — seats 7, fits 8 large suitcases with the third row folded. Bus-sized vehicles arranged through partners.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats. No extra charge. Mention it at booking.
